Each coaching session focus is established by the person being coached. You choose the topic you wish to discuss. Confidentiality:
Coaching is most effective when both parties are honest and straightforward in their communication. Pleasantries are minimal tor respect and maximize the sessions focus. The content of the coaching conversation is confidential, except in those rare situations in which such confidentiality would violate the law or could jeopardize the safety of the client or others.
